Evolysse® is a next-generation hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler designed to look and feel exceptionally natural in the skin.
Traditional dermal fillers are manufactured using heat, which can alter the structure of hyaluronic acid. Evolysse is the first filler created using cold manufacturing technology, known as Cold-X™ Technology, intended to preserve the natural HA molecule.

Procedure:
- Personalized consultation with a licensed injector to assess your goals and create a custom treatment plan. (10-15mins)
- Take pictures to track progress. (5 mins)
- A topical numbing agent is applied if needed to ensure comfort. (Each product contains lidocaine, a built-in numbing agent, to help ensure a comfortable experience.) (20-30 mins)
- Evolysse® is then carefully injected into target areas. (~30 mins)
- Pictures again to assess injection placement and compare to previous pictures. (5 mins)
- After-care instructions explained and provided.
Results:
Evolysse® delivers immediate, natural-looking results, with full effects becoming more noticeable 2 weeks following treatment as swelling subsides. Depending on the specific product used, treatment area, and individual response, results can last anywhere from 6-18 months.
To maintain your desired look, regular maintenance treatments may be recommended.
All filler appointments include a complimentary 2-week follow-up appointment to assess how the filler has settled and make any touch-ups if necessary.
It’s important to note that, as with all injectable treatments, results vary from person to person. Supplemental ‘touch-up’ treatments may be required to achieve and maintain optimal correction of wrinkles and folds.
Downtime & Side-effects
Evolysse® is FDA-approved and considered safe when performed by a trained medical professional. Like all injectables, minor side effects can occur, including:
- Temporary redness, swelling, or bruising
- Tenderness or firmness at the injection site
- Lumps or unevenness (usually temporary)
- Rare but serious risks like allergic reaction or vascular complications
- Downtime includes swelling or bruising for a few days after treatment.
Your provider will review your medical history and provide post-treatment care instructions to minimize risks.
