This was the first time I have had a facial. The ambiance at CN Medical Aesthetics is perfect for a spa experience. My esthetician, Dana, was amazing! She was kind and instructive with how to care well for my skin. And she explained what she was going to do along the way with just the right balance of not talking, allowing me to be able to completely relax and enjoy the experience. Afterwards, my thirsty skin felt pampered and renewed - it was glowing! I left CN Medical Aesthetics feeling refreshed and relaxed - a perfect way to start the summer!

I'm fairly new to the area and found CN Medical Aesthetics through a Google search. I gave them a call because I saw they had good ratings; and I was pleasantly surprised they were able to get me in within the day. Upon arriving, I was reassured to see the spa carried high end products and had a friendly, professional staff. The aesthetician was great and didn't try to oversell procedures. Overall great experience and I most definitely plan to return. Update: I now live in Los Angeles and continue to return when I’m back in Chicago for work. Excellent staff!
