PLEASE READ!! I cannot say kind enough words about Kristen! She is AMAZING! I went in because I didn’t like how someone else from another spa did my chin. (I was attempting to fill a cleft chin) It looked like I had a huge ball on my chin when I smiled after the first spas work. To make matters worse, it’s two weeks before my wedding! I walked in and was greeted with a very kind receptionist. Kristen is hilarious, SO nice, and extremely knowledgeable! She explains what she’s doing and why she’s doing it. She doesn’t pressure you at all! Most importantly, she made me feel validated and I left feeling SO much better!! If I could give 100 stars I would! I was very hesitant about posting pictures because I don’t look the greatest in the first one but her work needs to be acknowledged!! The before one is very obvious (the one with the huge chin) The after is JUST from today. I just got corrected by Kristen today! Some swelling will still go down, so it will probably look even better! But it already looks a million times better!! I’m forever grateful I don’t have to be self conscious at my wedding!! If you’re contemplating and hesitant about going, do it! Kristen has my complete trust!
